• Process online store payments and fundraising checks.
• Enter and process customer scan-downs, issue credit memos.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Oversee invoicing and new customer set-up.
• Manage Accounts Receivable aging and collections.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll and Simple IRA contributions.
