Qualifications

• Post high school education required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with 1–3 years of people management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to train and develop employees.
• Familiarity with safety programs, quality systems, and continuous improvement processes (5S, TPM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations across multiple departments and shifts.
• Lead and motivate teams to maximize productivity and safety.
• Identify and resolve problems; monitor performance and implement improvements.
