Job summary

Trinity Products, headquartered in Saint Charles, MO, seeks a Dyna Operator for 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 9:00pm-5:30am). Training will be on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm) for about 4–6 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift.

You will cut steel pipe to spec, using the Dyna Machine and hand tools. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing or industrial settings, and the ability to read tape measures and work orders.

• Experience handling metal/steel and working with tools and equipment.

Trinity Products is in search of a Dyna Operator for our St. Charles Mill. Position is3rdShift(Sunday - Thursday, 9:00pm - 5:30am) and will train on 1st Shift(Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm) for approximately 4-6 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift. Main focus of this position is processing steel pipe according to work order instructions by cutting pipe to specified lengths and end requirements. Hands-on training provided!

What You'll Do:

• Utilize Dyna Machine (stand-alone plasma unit) to make circumferential cuts to steel pipe pipe.
• Keep the flow of steel materials moving at a steady rate by multi-tasking and having a strong attention to detail.
• Utilize various hand tools and equipment.
• Utilize mobile device applications and programs.
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure cuts are accurate.
• Perform various mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy of pipe measurements.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or a strong combination of work experience and practical skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting is preferred.
• Solid mechanical aptitudeand comfort working with hand tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Steel toe boots and sleeved shirts are required and the employee’s responsibility. Hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, & protective gloves provided by Trinity.
• Must be able to work in afast-paced environmentwith accuracy top of mind.
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be comfortable working in varied ambient temperatures
• Ability to multi-task and with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to read tape measure.
• Must be able to read and understand work orders.
