Job summary

Community Resources For Justice, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director of Domestic Violence Programs to lead data compliance, reporting, and operational workflows for FVEP, Explore, and Evolve.

You will work closely with the Director to ensure contract compliance, monitor metrics, manage waitlists, and support staff while upholding data accuracy and program integrity. You will supervise Domestic Violence Managers, drive quality assurance, and oversee billing, workflow processes, and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required with extensive program management experience.
• Experience working with domestic violence populations or related services preferred.
• Strong data management, reporting, and contract compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data compliance for FVEP, Explore, and Evolve programs.
• Monitor program metrics and ensure contractual/regulatory compliance.
• Conduct audits and prepare audit materials across locations.
• Ensure timely data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Develop QA measures to support program effectiveness and compliance.
• Supervise Domestic Violence Managers and support leadership with staffing and performance.
