JBWS is seeking two Domestic Violence Liaisons to support the Passaic County Program. These on-site roles focus on improving outcomes for children and non-offending guardians in domestic violence cases.

The Liaisons provide on-site case consultations and advocacy, aiming to increase safety and well-being while working with marginalized communities. The positions require MA/BA or AA with DV experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifikationen

• MA or BA in DV field; 3+ years DV experience, or AA with 5+ years DV experience.
• DV Specialist certification preferred or completion within 12 months.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with DCP&P case workers on site and during home visits to identify domestic violence and develop safety plans.
• Provide on-site case consultation and mentor staff in identifying needs and interventions.
• Deliver training to DCF standards and respond to office needs.
• Document clearly according to DCP&P and JBWS standards.
• Attend monthly meetings, supervision, events and required trainings.
• Collaborate across programs to meet client needs.
