Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or materials science required.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years in product-line management or related commercial/technical role.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead product-line strategy and annual planning.
• Define and execute the 4Ps—product, price, placement, and promotion.
• Assess market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive activity.
• Develop value propositions, product positioning, and roadmaps for DUV products.
• Partner with Sales on pricing, forecasting, and opportunities.
• Prioritize portfolio actions and manage obsolescence.
• Own lifecycle management from concept to phase-out.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product-line plans.
• Prepare statements of work and support complex quotes.
• Monitor product performance and drive cost, lead time, and quality improvements.
