Mercier Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic Dutch Speaking Travel Customer Support Associates to join Booking.com in Greece. You will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking travelers, delivering exceptional support and helping ensure a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities include assisting with bookings, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to reservations. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus excellent communication, are essential for success in this fast-paced role.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Previous customer service or travel support experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced travel environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Dutch-speaking support to travelers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with bookings and respond to travel-related inquiries.
- Resolve issues related to reservations, changes, or cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Inform clients about Booking.com travel options and services.
- Collect customer feedback to drive service improvements.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while handling multiple inquiries.
