Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) required.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with accommodation reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies.

• Resolve customer queries and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
