Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding travel reservations and inquiries.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations and special requests with a commitment to service.
- Act as a primary contact for Booking.com to ensure a positive traveler experience.
- Resolve scheduling issues and provide travel advice to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records in the reservation management system.
- Collaborate with international teammates to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional tourism services.
