Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field or experience.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (reading, writing and speaking).
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong awareness of software and new technologies.
- Curiosity about how businesses operate and grow.
Responsibilities
- Recruit partners for Odoo ERP via data analytics and CRM scoring.
- Develop revenue strategies and identify up-sell opportunities for partners.
- Analyze metrics and build dashboards in Odoo for management reporting.
- Meet monthly quotas through forecasting and pipeline management.
- Design tailored implementation packages in a consultative sales process.
