Speakit is seeking a Dutch Customer Support Specialist for a market-leading e-commerce platform serving the Benelux region. You will be the first point of contact for millions of customers, handling inquiries across email, chat and phone in a dynamic, international environment.

You will resolve issues, process orders and returns, maintain records with confidentiality, and collaborate with teams. Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends;

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch required.
• Proficient in English.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges according to company guidelines.
