Four Seasons Maui seeks a Duo Assistant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to luxury standards in a vibrant resort setting.

The role requires supervisory experience, wine and spirits knowledge, and proficiency with F&B computer systems; Hawaii and Maui certifications are required. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager role in Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost and labor control.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and F&B software.
• Must have English language proficiency.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card, Maui Liquor Card, ServSafe (within 3 months), Tuberculosis Clearance.

Duo Assistant Manager

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in Duo while ensuring guest satisfaction.This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Duo Manager.Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation.
• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits and ensure quality of all food or beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods, in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience while following and maintaining all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.

What You Will Bring

• One to two years previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card
• Maui Liquor Card
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance
