Job summary

The Four Seasons Maui is seeking a DUO AM Food Runner to assist our Food & Beverage team in delivering guest experiences with precision and warmth. You will inspect and deliver food from kitchen, assist with table setup, and anticipates guest needs while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Requirements include at least one year of food service, ability to balance a tray, read orders, Hawaii Food Handler Card and ServSafe within 3 months.

• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to read food tickets and communicate orders with kitchen and servers.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card required.
• ServSafe certification within 3 months.
• Tuberculosis clearance required.

DUO AM Food Runner

Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the DUO Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
