Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Duo AM Food Runner to assist the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and fulfill guest requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Duo Management Team.

Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application. Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food & beverage service or related work.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card
• ServSafe certification within 3 months
• Tuberculosis Clearance

Responsibilities

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

DUO AM Food Runner

Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Duo Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum one year food & beverage service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance
