Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a DUO PM Food Runner to support the Food & Beverage team. You will deliver food from the kitchen to guests, assist with table setup, and greet guests in line with Four Seasons standards. Candidates should have at least one year of F&B service experience and be able to read tickets accurately.

Hawaii Food Handler Card, ServSafe, and TB clearance are required. This full-time role reports to the DUO Management Team and offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities

DUO PM Food Runner

Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests . This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division , reporting to the DUO Management Team . Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china , glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum one year food & beverage service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance
