Job summary

Dunkin’ in Willard, OH is hiring a Shift Lead to help run store operations, mentor teammates, and ensure fast, friendly service.

You’ll assist with food and beverage prep, maintain cleanliness, manage shift coverage, and support training. This role requires flexibility for mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and support a team.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
