Job summary

Dunkin in Fremont, OH is seeking a Shift Lead to help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and overseeing shift operations.

You will lead by example, provide friendly service, assist with food and beverage prep, keep the store clean and stocked, and help train and coach teammates. This role requires flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
