This is a hands-on, working leadership role that requires performing crew-level tasks while guiding the team, upholding brand standards, and driving service excellence.Pay Rate: up to $19Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ExecutionLead shift operations to ensure consistent adherence to Dunkin’ brand standards.Work in all line positions (register, drive-thru, sandwich station, beverage station, prep, cleaning) to support the team and maintain speed of service.Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.Monitor product quality, equipment functionality, and overall store readiness.Team LeadershipDirect and support crew members throughout the shift to maintain productivity and service standards.Provide on-the-spot coaching, training reinforcement, and positive motivation.Assist with onboarding new team members by modeling proper procedures and behaviors.Help maintain a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.Guest ExperienceModel hospitality and friendly service at all times.Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.Ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and welcoming.Shift AdministrationExecute opening, mid-shift, or closing procedures accurately and efficiently.Manage cash handling, drawer counts, and safe drops according to policy.Support inventory counts, waste tracking, and product rotation.Communicate shift updates, issues, and needs to the management team.Essential Job FunctionsAbility to perform all crew-level tasks, including food prep, beverage production, order taking, cleaning, and stocking.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and accuracy.Qualifications6+ months of experience in food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment preferred.Prior leadership or shift-level responsibility is a plus.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods.Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering great guest service.
