Responsibilities

• Perform daily restaurant operations in line with brand standards.
• Start early (as early as 4am) and close by 9pm depending on location.
• Provide exceptional guest service to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
• Prepare, bake, and set up for the next day’s operations.
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized; adhere to policies.
• Sign in/out for shifts and arrange coverage for missed shifts.
• Participate in maintenance of equipment and store cleanliness.

Job Summary

We are seeking positive, reliable individuals to join our team! Crew Members are responsible for performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Early morning position start time at 4am (or earlier in some restaurant locations)
• Evening close position by 9 pm (or later in some restaurant locations)
• Extremely dependable
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Strong decision-making skills
• Prepare, bake, and set up for next day, daily restaurant operations
• Clean, breakdown, stock, organize and prepare and maintain all stations and guest service areas
• Be a punctual, responsible for signing in and out for each shift, arrange coverage for missed shifts
• Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction through exceptional service
• Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Responsible for food production and preparation, guest service, store cleanliness and organization
• Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines
