Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Dunkin' in Johnson City, TN to lead a team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and bolster sales in a fast-paced setting. You will recruit and train staff, uphold brand standards, and partner with the Restaurant Manager on operations, planning, and performance.

Weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) with 6% match, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus are offered. Must be 21+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass

• Clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
