GPM Investments, LLC’s Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and mentor a team of associates in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, quality control, and safety while collaborating with area managers. A strong leader with excellent communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills is ideal; 21+ and background check required.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

• Must be 21+ years old
• Desired, but not required 2+ years in a food service/retail environment
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts
• Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis
