Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchisee is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic Dunkin' environment.

You will recruit and train teammates, manage shifts, and ensure food safety and compliance while controlling costs and maintaining a welcoming store experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Certification Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
• Clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
