Job summary

Lakeside Foods Inc. in Manitowoc, Wisconsin is seeking a Dumper Attendant Team Member to join a hardworking team focused on safe, efficient production. You will assist in dumping products onto the line, maintaining steady flow, and coordinating with forklift drivers and machine operators to meet production needs.

The role requires basic math, a safety mindset, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Training provided; potential for stable, rewarding work in a family atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Safety mindset.
• Ability to climb a ladder to get to the workstation.
• Ability to lift and/or move a bar weighing up to 30 lbs and to chop frozen vegetables.

Responsibilities

• Dump product onto the line for packaging.
• Ensure a steady flow of product.
• Chop frozen product when necessary to ensure constant flow of product.
• Communicate with Forklift Drivers to ensure availability of product to run line, as well as having empty totes removed.
• Communicate with Machine Operators to maintain desired flow of product or changes in production codes.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
