Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a CDL dump truck operator to transport aggregates and construction materials to designated locations.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, document deliveries, and maintain equipment while upholding safety and company standards.

Strong communication with dispatch and site personnel is essential to coordinate deliveries, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced field operation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate and construction materials to designated locations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
• Load, transport, and unload materials while adhering to safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity and elevated noise level.
