Shirley Contracting Company, LLC in Virginia is seeking CDL drivers, including dump truck operators, to join our field teams. This full-time, year-round role entails operating commercial vehicles, performing pre-trip inspections and supporting heavy civil construction projects across our Virginia job sites.
You must hold a Class B CDL with manual transmission, a clean driving record, pass DOT physical and background checks, and be willing to perform manual labor as needed.

Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Location: Various Jobsites
Working Hours: Start time is 6:00 AM. Overtime and weekends may be required.
Compensation $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications.
