Shirley Contracting Company is seeking Vacuum Truck Drivers in Richmond and surrounding Virginia locations. Qualifications

• Class B CDL with tanker endorsement required.
• HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in 7 years.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to pass background checks for secure access.
• Experience operating vacuum/jetting equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate jetting and vacuum equipment on storm, sanitary, water lines and conduits.
• Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain reports.
• Keep mileage logs and work tickets up to date.
• Safely drive and maneuver commercial vehicles in diverse conditions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comply with health and safety policies.
• Establish positive working relationships with coworkers.
• Follow DOT rules and company safety guidelines.
