Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Dump Truck Driver in the United States to safely operate dump trucks, perform inspections, and ensure timely delivery of aggregates to various job sites. The role requires independence, strong safety discipline, and solid communication with dispatch and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate dump trucks to transport aggregate and other materials to job sites and customer locations.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Load, haul, and unload materials efficiently while adhering to safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety requirements at all times.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
• Demonstrated ability to operate dump truck equipment safely and efficiently in diverse conditions.
• Knowledge of vehicle inspections, road safety standards, and transportation regulations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform physical job duties as required.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
