Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Tanker Driver to safely operate tanker trucks, load, unload, and deliver materials at customer and company locations, while adhering to safety and environmental procedures. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain delivery documentation, communicate with dispatch and customers, and comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations.

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
• Demonstrated ability to operate tanker equipment safely and efficiently in a variety of conditions.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, inspection procedures, and transportation safety requirements.
• Effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform physical job duties as required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate tanker trucks to transport materials to customer and company locations.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Load, unload, and deliver products efficiently while following all safety and environmental procedures.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
