Job summary

Xceedance is seeking a Duck Creek Architect to lead policy administration solutions on the Duck Creek platform. This remote role in the United States focuses on architecture, configuration strategy, and integration guidance for large‑scale P&C transformations.

You will partner with business and platform teams to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions, with a strong emphasis on data modeling, rule configuration, and API integrations. A deep Duck Creek Policy background is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture and integration design.
• 8+ years in Duck Creek implementations including policy configuration and architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for Duck Creek Policy implementations, including data model, product configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Define target architecture, solution blueprints, and design standards aligned with enterprise architecture and program objectives.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders across onshore/offshore teams.
• Mentor developers, config leads, and junior architects to ensure maintainability and governance.
• Guide integration patterns across policy, billing, and claims with API-based approaches.
