Job summary

Genesis10 is hiring a Duck Creek Analyst in the Milwaukee, WI area with flexibility for Rolling Meadows, IL or Naperville, IL. Role requires strong P&C insurance data skills and Duck Creek Policy/Insights experience. Hybrid schedule requires in-office Mon-Wed, with remote Thu-Fri; fully remote arrangements may be considered for ideal candidates.

Compensation up to $90,000/year, W2, based on qualifications. Direct hire or contract-to-hire option available through Genesis10, a leading IT staffing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related tech field with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Insights.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders across the insurance organization.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, source-to-target mappings, and user stories.
• Profile, validate, and analyze data using SQL against source systems and data warehouse.
• Interpret Duck Creek Policy XML data structures and map data to staging tables.
• Analyze downstream impact of Duck Creek Policy changes on data and reporting.
• Partner with developers and data engineers to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, present findings, and produce documentation for technical audiences.
• Support data quality, governance, reporting, and data issue analysis.
