Job summary

CycleBar in Sanford, NC seeks a General Manager to oversee studio operations, sales and retention. The role will lead a lead staff member in the studio, drive memberships, retail, private rides, and teacher training, and nurture partnerships in the local fitness community.

The GM will manage customer service, staff scheduling, marketing campaigns, and vendor coordination while maintaining a high standard of facility cleanliness and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales management experience.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private rides, and training.

Responsibilities

• Meet studio goals and implement plans to achieve them.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members in person, by phone and email.
• Contact prospects to schedule Pilates classes or enroll them in Intro classes or memberships.
• Evaluate monthly studio KPIs to improve results.
• Manage studio social media to promote the studio and generate leads.
• Lead generation through grassroots marketing and events.
• Coordinate with vendors to stock inventory and manage promos.
