Job summary

UDR, Inc. seeks a dedicated Dual-Site Maintenance Technician for Crown Pointe and Hilltop in Renton, WA. You will handle maintenance requests, perform repairs and keep common areas pristine, ensuring units are ready for occupancy.

You should have multi-family maintenance experience, strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical and HVAC, and good customer service skills. On-site, full-time role with rotating on-call duties and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in multi-family or similar industry.
• Residential plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting and drywall skills.
• HVAC and carpentry knowledge a plus.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficient with modern technology (computers, smartphones).
• Valid driver’s license; rotating on-call responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and restore service within established standards.
• Keep community areas clean and safe; report deficiencies or safety risks.
• Ensure apartments are ready for occupancy; perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain tools and workspace; assist in stocking inventory.
• Provide superior service to residents and internal customers.
• Follow company policies and living UD R values; perform other duties as assigned.
