Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the community and common areas, report safety issues.
• Respond to resident requests and repair or restore service timely.
• Make apartment units ready for occupancy (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, repairs).
• Maintain tools/equipment and assist with inventory.
