You will drive clinical excellence, staff development, and day-to-day operations while collaborating with departmental leaders to ensure resident satisfaction.

The LNHA will ensure regulatory compliance, monitor performance, and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork across both campuses.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience leading nursing home or skilled nursing operations.

Responsibilities
