Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee two skilled nursing communities in Lebanon, Ohio. The role involves providing leadership to clinical and administrative teams across both campuses, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio LNHA license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality resident care across two communities.
• Lead, coach, and support department heads and staff.
