Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 129-bed skilled nursing facility with a dementia unit and vent/respiratory services.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with a strong interdisciplinary clinical team to drive quality outcomes, census management, and financial performance while nurturing resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and operational skills.
• Ability to lead in a high-acuity environment (vent/dementia care experience a plus).
