Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Apartment Maintenance Technician to support AMLI Park West and AMLI Toscana Place. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and carpentry while delivering excellent resident service.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, prepare apartments for turnover, and keep buildings, amenities, and grounds in top condition across two communities. On-call coverage includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience or training.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize service requests and work effectively across two communities.
• Availability for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and other building components.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide maintenance support at AMLI Park West and AMLI Toscana Place.
• Perform preventive maintenance: inspections, HVAC filters, pool maintenance, exterior lighting checks.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (turns, inspections, make-ready).
• Maintain buildings, amenities, grounds, and common areas.
• Manage tools, equipment, inventory, and safe work areas.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
