Job Description

The Dual Service Manager is a management position responsible for developing and implementing culinary solutions to meet patients' needs and tastes, along with developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet patients' needs.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Leadership

  5. Plan and lead daily team briefings
  6. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations

  8. Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  9. Financial Performance
  10. Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements
  11. Deliver client and company financial targets
  12. Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins
  13. Productivity
  14. Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
  15. Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
  16. Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
  17. Supervise team regarding production, quality, and control
  18. Compliance
  19. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
  20. Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including safety, health, wage, and hour policies
  21. Additional Responsibilities
  22. Lead the front of the house of the dining operation (Cafeteria/Residential Dining Facility) in conjunction with the Food Service Director
  23. Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience with EVS in skilled nursing homes
  • At least 1 year of experience with Culinary in skilled nursing homes
  • 2-3 years of experience in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Excellent customer service skills using Aramark's standard service model
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments for a unified food service experience
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Servsafe certification required
  • CDM certification strongly preferred

This role may involve physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
