• Experience as veterinary assistant or receptionist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Veterinary Support: Assist veterinarians and staff during wellness and sick-patient appointments and maintain clinical areas.
• Reception & Client Service: Welcome clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, check-in/out, and process payments.
• Team & Hospital Support: Float between reception and clinical areas, collaborate with the team, and support daily workflow.
• General: Maintain organized workflow, communicate clearly during transitions, and contribute to a positive hospital culture.
