Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians during wellness and sick appointments.
• Obtain patient histories and support medical documentation.
• Safely restrain patients during exams and procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean hospital environment.
• Assist with basic laboratory procedures and hospital tasks.
• Support patient care and hospital workflow.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Check clients in and out and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process payments and maintain client records.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients.
