Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services in Maple Grove is hiring an RN to support our Ambulatory Surgery Center teams in PeriOperative and PeriAnesthesia, on a fast‑paced, multi‑specialty setting.

This dual role delivers direct patient care in ambulatory OR and PACU, with opportunities to coordinate and supervise care by assistive personnel. Expect a 0.8 FTE, days schedule, occasional travel to other ASC sites, and on‑call rotation in the future.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.
• ACLS certification required (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
• Operating Room experience is required.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles for patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ambulatory OR and PACU settings.
• Coordinate and supervise patient care provided by assistive personnel.
• Apply systematic nursing process: assessment, planning, diagnosis, implementation, evaluation.
• Work in a dual role across PeriOperative and PeriAnesthesia departments.
• May travel to other ASC locations as needed.
