Full Time

The Property Administrator will oversee all office activities of a senior residential community. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate resident accounts, managing office processes within deadlines, and assisting the Executive Director with financial oversight including budgets, NOI, coverage ratio, cash flow, and potential losses.

Required Experience
  • 2-4 years in property management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Accounting or financial background preferred
  • Administrative experience required
  • Knowledge of Yardi
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
Primary Responsibilities
  • Assume Executive Director duties when necessary
  • Manage front office staff and operations
  • Serve as Manager on Duty on a rotating weekend schedule
  • Handle resident billing, income processing, and collections
  • Perform month-end closing and reporting
  • Maintain property files and vendor documentation
  • Provide quality resident service
  • Manage lease renewals and move-in/move-out processes in Yardi
  • Reconcile petty cash and process invoices
  • Administer payroll and departmental expenses
  • Oversee office supplies and vendor compliance
  • Support team training and development
  • Work to improve organizational processes
Working Conditions

This role involves standing, communication, and handling documents and equipment. It may require lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional travel. The environment is moderate noise with interaction with others.
