Position: Full Time Property Administrator

The Property Administrator oversees all office activities of a senior residential community, maintains accurate resident account reporting, and assists the Executive Director with financial oversight including budgets, NOI, cash flow, and more.

Required Experience
  • 2-4 years in property management
  • Clear and concise writing skills
  • Effective verbal communication with individuals and groups
  • Teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Accounting or financial experience (preferred)
  • Administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Yardi
  • Some travel may be required
Primary Responsibilities
  • Assume Executive Director responsibilities when needed.
  • Manage front office staff and operations.
  • Perform resident billing, income processing, and month-end closing.
  • Maintain property files and vendor documentation.
  • Provide quality resident service.
  • Enter lease renewals and move-in/move-out paperwork in Yardi.
  • Handle petty cash, invoices, payroll, and budget management.
  • Supervise office supplies and vendor relations.
  • Additional duties as assigned, supporting team performance and organizational mission.
  • Train front office staff as needed.
  • Manage receivables and conduct monthly ledger reviews.
  • Collaborate on operational forecasting with 98% accuracy over four months.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, effective communication, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. The environment involves moderate noise and may include travel to different locations.
