White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while maintaining clean guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Experience with upscale brand properties is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and guest service focus.
• Ability to manage schedules and payroll.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
