Job summary

The Dual Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations for two hotel properties, Homewood Suites by Hilton Carle Place and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Carle Place, reporting to hotel leadership. You will drive month-end close, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial guidance to maximize profitability across two brands.

A bachelor’s in accounting or finance and hospitality finance experience are required; strong leadership and Excel skills are

• Hospitality finance experience required.
• Controller, assistant controller, or senior accounting leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial functions for two hotel properties.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and brand standards.
• Partner with hotel leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
