Job summary

AT-PAC, a division of Umdasch Group, seeks an Inventory & Yard Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records and support front-line warehouse duties across two entities in the same facility.

You will conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, validate inbound/outbound transactions, and ensure material is properly loaded, staged, and stocked while collaborating with Operations, Purchasing, and Transportation teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in supply chain preferred.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment when trained.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support day-to-day warehouse and yard activities for two entities within the facility.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage inbound and outbound transactions, loading/unloading material, and staging orders.
• Maintain the FIND app data and ensure inventory information is current.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Transportation, and other teams to resolve discrepancies.
