Job summary

DEMGY PACIFIC LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tacoma, WA to handle receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials. You will maintain ERP inventory records, support production with required materials, and assist with shipping, receiving, and local deliveries as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse/ERP environments, forklift experience, reliable team player, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience using ERP systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating forklifts and material-handling equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn company software.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Move inventory to and from the warehouse and coordinate transfers with production.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage storage locations.
Supply materials to various departments to support production requirements.
Receive, inspect, stock, and process incoming materials and shipments.
Prepare daily outbound shipments with packing slips and labeling.
Schedule shipment pickups with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL).
Load/unload delivery trucks and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Enter inventory and shipping transactions into the ERP system.
Communicate shipment changes and shortages with teams.
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Package and ship finished goods for on-time delivery.
Perform local deliveries as needed and support shipping activities.
Respond to internal service requests and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure accuracy, quality and productivity in operations.
Follow safety, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with team to support improvements.
