Job summary

Montana Technological University, Highlands College, seeks a motivated dual enrollment coordinator to expand access to college courses for high school students. You will work with students, parents, faculty and community partners to create pathways for student success and new school partnerships.

The role reports to the Director of Dual Enrollment; requires an associate degree or higher, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel and represent Montana Tech.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AS or AAS) or Higher
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication including writing, verbal and analytical skills, public speaking
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to travel and represent Montana Tech
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Ability to work non-traditional schedules (evening information sessions or career fairs)

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative functions for dual enrollment programs
• Interact with school administrators, districts, and industry partners
• Build relationships with new schools and business partners
• Report to the Director of Dual Enrollment
• Regular site visits to partner schools
