Job summary

Weber State University seeks a Coordinator of High School Dual Enrollment Advising & Pathways to serve as a dedicated liaison between WSU and partner high schools. The role streamlines communications, identifies credential and pathway opportunities, and provides structured advising for concurrent enrollment and Early College programs.

The position supports the Criminal Justice department and other campus programs, mainly from local high schools and WSU campuses, with standard hours and an exempt

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of full-time college employment experience in academic advisement, registration, admissions, student services, enrollment services, or equivalent in higher education and/or the K-12 system.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Weber State University and partner high schools to streamline communications.
• Provide structured concurrent enrollment advising and pathway guidance for students.
• Develop and foster partnerships with the Career and Technical Education (CTE) department and other campus programs.
• Support Criminal Justice and other departments as assigned.
• Primarily work from local high schools and WSU campus locations.
