Job summary

Weber State University seeks a Coordinator of High School Dual Enrollment to support registration, advising, and program administration for concurrent enrollment students. The role works under the Assistant Director and coordinates with high schools and internal offices.

Responsibilities include managing MyCE and related Weber State software (Ellucian Banner, MyCE, CatTracks, Argos), facilitating registrations, and helping students, parents, and instructors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• One year of full-time college employment experience in academic advisement, registrar’s services, admissions, financial aid, student services, enrollment services, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Register students for concurrent enrollment courses during registration periods.
• Maintain MyCE and related systems; build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support administration of High School Dual Enrollment and manage short- and long-term projects.
• Coordinate communications between high schools, students, and Weber State staff.
